This team is very professional. Would absolutely use them again for enclosed transport and will recommend to otheres as well. John is always easy to deal with, great communications. Easy to track your vehicle with their GPS system. Drivers are extremely careful loading and unloading. Used them from coast to coast and up and down the east coast. Good reliable company. Read more ....

Ultimately, the driver is responsible for the quality of service you receive for car transportation. You cannot get anyone better than J.E. Finneman, an independent contractor to FedEx Custom Critical. He could have fulfilled his duties completely by unloading the car, having us sign the forms, taking the payment and leaving.
