Was supposed to pick up the car on a Tuesday afternoon, but missed that day completely. He then wanted to pick up the following afternoon, and missed that window, and then wanted to pick up the car at midnight, where I said "absolutely not" and proceeded to seek a new carrier. They worked with me each step of the way and answered all questions i had. When the driver wanted more the took some off their fee to help keep the cost down. I shipped my car and flew to meet it.
