We booked the transport of our car from Florida to NJ through a broker who contracted with Exotic Carriers to transport our car. The car was picked up on time and we were very pleased that Exotic Carriers was the transporter as we were not available to receive the car when it arrived in NJ due to a family emergency. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time. The price was the most reasonable I could find at the time, almost 20 percent lower than the nearest competitor. The vehicle was a bit dirty when it was delivered, however, their claims department (Jon Ward) handled the matter very professionally. Shipped my 2010 BMW 325XI from NJ to Dallas, TX. Couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service provided by the driver and the company. This is the entertainment company. The guy who delivered my car was too soft, nice and jovial. I would like to appreciate him in a high manner. My car was picked up from Los Angeles and shipped to New York City. Service was enormous. i shipped on an open transport. car was ideal and all my personal things were not touch. Our cars were picked up and delivered at the period promised. A little damage to a rear bumper on one of the cars was the only injure caused during transportation, but Jose was very expert in handling our claim.
