Review Description
I was very happy after initial discussion compare to other broker about transperancy.I wanted to make sure best delivery as I wanted to move my brand new car(8 month old) I was informed more information as i was new in this business. I was informed that we take care for minor charges up to 300-400$ if you find even after inspection initially. After order, i was informed carrier has 99.96% good rating so i said to start, carrier didn't pickup car on time, Agent from AmereiFreight don't care once you pay so i have to call him about status and - -. He said will keep eye on but never got call. worst part begin now,Carreir had one broken car when he came to deliver mine not sure what happened on the way. i got my car very dirty and in the night. i have inspected my best and didn't fine anything. I signed report and paid to carrier. I realize my TMS light was on , down the bumper 10 scratches where carrier hook the car during travel. I immediately called driver and agent and informed them. As usual agent didn't pick up the phone so emailed him. Next day no reply of email and no call even i left voice message. I tried different number (office) and asked to transfer so found agent was there only. Discussed situation again even i have sent email with photo of scratches, Honda dealer said 450$ to fix it. I got redirection to carrier insurance which says 1000$ deductible and not possible as i missed during inspection. They forgot about initial promise.
