9 times out of 10, I will pick a company with great customer service and a mediocre product over the reverse. In this case, I got above expectations for customer service AND a great product. Jerry was very quick to respond to my questions/concerns, and the car arrived seamlessly to me, despite icy road conditions. The vehicle was dirty, but Read more ....

Jordan really took care of me and got my car shipped within the tight time frame I had. My car had been in the smog shop for a week and I got it back Friday night. I had already been checking out shipping companies online and liked 7 Star Auto Transports website, so I called and was surprised someone answered. Read more ....

This auto transport company is very knowledgeable about how to set up the car shipping and and delivery. Everything went as planned.
Pick up location was informed in timely manner to make the car ready for transport.
Similarly they have informed the delivery address to make their time available to receive the vehicle and inspect it.
Payment was also made promptly making the Read more ....

I am extremely unsatisfied with 7 star auto transport. I do not recommend this transport company. It took the company 14 days in total to transport my vehicle from Salt Lake City, Ut to Atlanta, GA. The initial company that 7 star hired to transport the vehicle, had a driver that quit on the job. 7 Star failed to inform Read more ....

7 Star is a very dishonest company. You should believe NOTHING they say. They will promise you everything and kiss your butt left, right, and center, but none of it is true.
