This company stole our $200 deposit and never performed the transport service they agreed to. David and Rene cannot be trusted. So I was trying to have my car shipped from NY-FL. Of course 1-shot said, "NO problem, just give us the 1-2 day window on pick up and around 3-4 days on delivery." This sounded golden for me since I would have another car to use in the meantime. This is where the misery began. My car was supposed to Read more ....

Honestly this has been the worst experience with any company I have ever worked with. As a military member I have moved 8 times over 14 years, this is not new to me, but "One Shot" consistently over-promises and under-delivers. "Customer service" was non-existent, and when you got them on the phone they were habitually rude. Don't Read more ....

With regard to One Shot my complaint is very simple. I had specifically asked for that time because I had a prior reservation to leave Read more ....

I used 1 shot express transport to move my truck from Florida to California.
