Review Description

This is the worst car transport company in the country. The company staff is unresponsive and irresponsible. The driver is rude, unprofessional, and barely speaks English. First they tried to dispatch the driver without even calling us to schedule a date and time. Then, on the morning of the pickup date, the driver called my fiance’s phone EIGHT times at 7:00 AM, after I had specifically told them to call my cell phone and not my fiance’s. When my fiancé answered the phone, the driver told him that he didn’t have our address! The driver could barely communicate in English. The driver later called again, saying he couldn’t find our house. My fiancé had to cancel all his appointments for that morning so that he could go meet the driver and lead him back to our house. Ridiculous! I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. I really regret using this company.
