Great service and communication. The driver was on time for pick-up and delivery. Price was fair and reasonable .The driver was very courteous and patient with us.Items in trunk arrived in good condition and not damaged. No damage occurred to my vehicle. I did an online quote and deposit payment for transport. I was very pleased with the online and automated service. Once I had to actually speak with someone at Franks it was a different story. The day before my car was available to ship, I emailed the dispatch contact and the message was rejected (email address not valid), then emailed (more)

Enormous price! Prompt service! My only gripe would be the additional cost charged for paying for the whole shipping cost using credit card. You could use your credit card to make the deposit with no extra charge, but if you wanted to pay the whole amount using a credit card they charged an additional fee. They necessary cash or casher's (more)
