They never showed up for job. Kept saying working on it. Then on deadline said they would send refund; could not find someone to do job so I had to find another company to do job. Still no refund and has been 5 months. Do not trust these people. BBB has several complaints. (more)

Paid November 1st for A-1 Auto Transport to ship car from Johnstown PA to Slidell La and they never showed up in the time frame promised. I called to find out why and they said could not find anyone to do job. Said they would refund. Almost 3 months later and still trying to get refund. (more)

Excellent service. A1 Auto transport described to me the entire process and made me feel safe about transporting my car.
