BKK did an awesome job with our vehicle. We ordered one day and it was delivered the next day! The car was in great shape! I would definitely recommend them again.

I instantly called back to void the contract. When asked why, I referenced these reviews - his response was "I cannot remove these reviews, look at the other ones (paid ads)." He then proceeded to tell me that he did not need my car and that he has plenty more. Clearly not a business agreement I wanted to enter into. He promised me he did not charge me for the deposit but when I checked my bank it was there. I then called my bank and had it removed. Communication was difficult.

I was lucky that this company helped me .I really was about to drive my car my self after another company was supposed to pick up and ship my vehicle but last day they had a brake down and would not be able to pick up and I called BKK TRANSPORT and they had a driver available same day .I will use them again in the future.

: Beware! Awful experience
This shipment was a disaster from the start. I paid more for "BKK Transport" because they had better ratings than some cheaper bids. What a mistake. "Iam" at BKK was hands-down awful. His lack of communication was miserable and nerve-wracking for us. When we did get in touch with him, he acted as if we were bothering him. The cars did not deliver in the timeframe "promised" and one of our cars had a new major dent not recognized by any of the "trusted drivers." Ntot to mention the pleasent phone call after leaving negative feedback to the listing. Iam and his assistant called harassing me saying I had no manners and that "they can't please everyone." First and last time I'll use BKK. (more)

Excellent service. Very patient when the delivery slipped for a few weeks because the truck stopped running. Driver was very good about keeping in touch with his progress. Loaded skilfully and professionally. Certainly my first choice when I do this again. (more)

My car arrived 1 day before the earliest possible delivery. Drivers were in contact the entire time. Highly recommend this company, i will definitely use them again. (more)

Excellent service and I would absolutely use BKK again. Back in October I arranged for another company to ship my daughters car to Eureka CA in mid/late December; by mid January, it was still sitting in Michigan. Within 5 days BKK had our vehicle on a truck, and in 5 more days it was in northern CA. Outstanding!!! (more)
