We used Trusty Transport to move a vehicle from MS to CA. We were told that our car would likely be picked up in 2 to 3 days. We attempted to contact Trusty in the week following our order without success. We asked them to increase the offering to the carriers by 100, but never received a response. Due to the lack of communication, we asked to be removed from their listing. Three weeks later we received a call from a driver to pick up our car through Trusty. We were surprised that we had not been removed from the listing like we had asked, but we were happy the car was going to be delivered. Later, we found out that Trusty had increased the offering to carriers by 200 leaving us to pay the difference. I attempted to contact Trusty several times with questions. In over one month of dealing with them I never once received a response after the initial order. The driver said Trusty's portion was 105 and he would not deliver the car for less than the total, incorrect, amount quoted by trusty. We paid the full amount paying Trusty's portion with a second check in hopes that they would not collect the 100 we had not authorized. Despite their inability to respond to customer questions or complaints, they cash checks timely. I had good experiences with the driver and other transport companies, but heard that the industry is filled with unscrupulous companies. Trusty has to be the worst.
