They picked up my truck and dropped it off so fast I did not know it was on its way until the driver called me outside my house. And this was a 1000mi transport of a suv, during a holiday weekend, my honest advice is not to take their Inattentive customer service for lack of great service. Signed contract with trusty Transport (anything but trusty) 3 weeks in advance of pickup said he would have a driver shortly ..never did happen. Promised it would never go on the national board (it did). Only would correspond via email. Told me he was dropping contract because I had a contract with another shipper (totally untrue). Only contract was with him. His emails to me were rude and crude. Robbie needs to face up to being honest in order to stay in business. My car was picked up with another transporter with NO bull, no untruths, for a reasonable price. You be the judge on this company!  (more)

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME WARNING YOU IF THIS WAS A GOOD COMPANY. PLEASE DON'T TRUST IPS EXPRESS LLC. WHO CONTRACTED WITH THEM. I RECEIVED MY CAR A WEEK LATER THEN THE DATE I WAS PROMISED. MY CAR WAS DAMAGED WHEN I GOT IT. THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY CALLS OR EMAILS. THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIPE OFF. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE A TRUSTY COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCED WHAT I DID.  (more)

We used Trusty Transport to move a vehicle from MS to CA. We were told that our car would likely be picked up in 2 to 3 days. We attempted to contact Trusty in the week following our order without success. We asked them to increase the offering to the carriers by 100, but never received a response. Due to the lack of communication, we asked to be removed from their listing. Three weeks later we received a call from a driver to pick up our car through Trusty. We were surprised that we had not been removed from the listing like we had asked, but we were happy the car was going to be delivered. Later, we found out that Trusty had increased the offering to carriers by 200 leaving us to pay the difference. I attempted to contact Trusty several times with questions. In over one month of dealing with them I never once received a response after the initial order. The driver said Trusty's portion was 105 and he would not deliver the car for less than the total, incorrect, amount quoted by trusty. We paid the full amount paying Trusty's portion with a second check in hopes that they would not collect the 100 we had not authorized. Despite their inability to respond to customer questions or complaints, they cash checks timely. I had good experiences with the driver and other transport companies, but heard that the industry is filled with unscrupulous companies. Trusty has to be the worst.  (more)

I contracted on June 25th and receved an email stating they would notify me when I had a pickup date and time for my vehicle. A week passed with NO communication so I had to email them to follow up on my order! I received an email stating that it should happen in a week. Another week passed by and nothing. Not a single email or phone call. I again emailed Robbie at trusty transport but this time NO reply. I waited a couple of more days and emailed a cancellation notice cancelling the order. I contracted another shipping company and paid a deposit in 2 days a truck was assigned and I was in touch with the driver. I called the seller and he advised me that the vehicle was already picked up!! Trusty Transport had my vehicle picked up and I was not even notfied that they did. I had to cancel the other order because there was no vehicle to pick up and was charged a non refundable deposit!!!! I have emailed them sevreal times the past 2 days still NO replies. I will be contacting the better business bureau to report them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!  (more)

I requested an order 12/14/2008 for loading the next day and they made it happen. My Nissan delivered 4 days afterward. Unlike preceding poster I enjoyed the email. So many companies told me what I wanted to hear just to get my order. I liked the no deposit. The BBB told me horror stories of companies keeping deposits and not moving the cars. My overall experience was outstanding.  (more)
