Review Description

We booked our vehicle pickup with Albert Newman and was quoted $350.00. Of the $350.00 a $50.00 broker fee was to be paid by credit card (which we did), and the balance of $300.00 was to be paid to the driver. Driver picked up the car on Monday and delivered late Tuesday afternoon. The problem started on delivery the driver wanted $350.00 or he would not leave the car. Apparently the driver called his dispatcher and the lady was very rude with my boss. So my boss paid the driver $350.00. I then spoke to Albert who assured me he would refund me the $50.00. After that phone call, several emails and a week later no refund. So I have no choice but to post a bad review and file a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
