The transaction started off promising. After dealing with numerous shady/crooked brokers, I trusted Gary from Rite Way the most. He broke the "transport business" down for me, which I was grateful for. He got me a transporter in about 3 days, gave me a contact name, "Shannon" and phone #. To this day, I don't think "Shannon" exists! She NEVER returned my five calls in regards to the driver picking up my car. I had since moved out of state, so I had a friend graciously take off of work to hand off the keys to the driver. I was told the pick-up would be Tuesday and there would be a 24 hour notice call to figure out a pick up time. That NEVER happened. I had to call Gary at Rite Way NUMEROUS times to get this figured out. He assured me he was "working on it" but I had to follow-up call and email only to have the pick up pushed back one day. So, I had my friend upset with me and had my hands tied behind me. I also had phoned the driver 3 times and NEVER had a call back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car finally got picked up, and my friend said the driver didn't do a thorough evaluation of my car before loading it on the trailer because it was raining. I was told the driver would be in contact with me throughout the transit. I NEVER heard a word. Gary, the broker told me my car would arrive on Jan. 2/3, and the transporter liason, Paula from Super Auto Sales told me that was a lie, that it usually takes a week for my car to transport. I had been counting on that delivery date because I was starting a new job. I had to arrange for someone to be there. Paula wasn't sure if the car could be delivered Jan. 5, 6, 7....ahh, that's a broad spectrum! I had to call her about 3 times to finalize a drop off date. We settled on the 7th, late morning. Well, the driver didn't deliver my car until 7 at night! I was there to receive my car, the driver side window was down about an inch (mind you it was about 10 degrees outside), some driver forgot his vest, glov
