I have dealt with some horrible companies and I must say, Rite Way has done an excellent job, the representative followed up meticulously and explained every detail of the agreement thoroughly. I got a couple of lower quotes from other companies but they did not have nowhere near the reputation this company has. 5 Stars all the way.  (more)

Do not do business with this company. They are disorganized and got aggressive with me when a small issue came up due to them not explaining things to me fully. Pete is a stressed out manager that is likely good at his job but has a temper. Now I have to buy a last minute flight, loose days of work, and put almost 1 thousand miles on the car they were supposed to transport for me. Very unfortunate.  (more)

It was a pleasure to work with Phil from Rite Way Auto Transport and I was very happy with the service. He worked closely with me to find the best and most reasonable shipping method for my car and was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. From the VERY beginning Jason Mishko w/Rite Way Auto Transport LLC was very professional and integrable in his approach and behavior. He presented the complete scenario to me, MY FIRST TRUCKING HAUL. I received several other quotes and explanations, but Jason spelled it out for me about NO DEPOSITS and all the other little tricks that some of these pull with hidden fees and cancellation charges. He was excellent in helping me price my delivery and within a day I had a hit! I hadnt even settled with the seller on the other end yet, Jason was so effective. I settled that issue and we had another hit within a couple days, for MY BID. The trucking company used = Carrier: Lighthouse Logistics w/Carrier Contact Name 1: Robert as the driver; they were just as phenomenal as Rite Way was... Robert called me and kept me abreast of where he was and when he would get here... I was completely pleased with the whole process... THere is NO BETTER Broker nor Delivery group you can find, amybe as good??? but NONE BETTER! Jason is THE MAN especially for new clients. I was real disappointed in everyone of the others trash talking just to get my business, yet they all required deposits UPFRONT, cancellation fees etc Rite Way makes it FAIR and EASY to commit w/o any UPFRONT deposits and you only put up when you approve the driver, RITE Ways portion. the remaining portion goes to the driver, by either the shipper of receiver. JUST HOW IT SHOULD BE............. These guys are the best THANK YOU for everything !!!!!!!!  (more)

First time purchasing a classic car and first experience transporting, especially across the country. I was very nervous, but Phil Strand of Rite-Way Auto Transport explained the process, assurred me that they used the best transporters and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Also, communicated with the driver periodically who was also professional and courteous. Vehicle was delivered in the same condition as it was when picked up. I would highly recommend this company for any vehicle transportation needs.  (more)

Rite way is a scam. First, they have ghost locations all over the US and use fake addresses. I found this out because they told me they were local and I decided to go see them to get my money back. Not only did they keep my money but to my surprise there was no office here. I contact some of their previous customers who also had bad experiences with them and we are planning to take legal action against them for fraud and false advertisement. One of them told me that they even give themselves fake reviews. I will keep everyone updated once we get rid of these scam artists.  (more)

They took the time to explain the whole process. They were not the cheapest company, but that paid of because the first time I used another transport company and things did not go well, so this time around using Rite Way was a good choice to go with a company with a good name. I was called twice in one day and told them the second time I was still researching places, after trying to be pressured into signing with them. Later that day I settled on another carrier. The next day I received another phone call for Rite Way and when I told them I had signed with another carrier, I was repeatedly interrogated about who I was going with, if I checked their reviews, etc. The sales rep wouldn't let it go and when I refused to answer his questions, he got pissed at me and hung up. High pressure tactics are not a good sign of a company.  (more)

When I booked with another company I received an email from Pete Victorero advising me that I was low balled and I was going to get ripped off and the other company was going to be full of headaches and up-sells. He tried really hard into scaring me into booking him. If I see a company that desperate and ruthless to book business I would be very suspicious of their business practices. Thank goodness I didn't book witht them! Never set up a driver to pick up my truck, but still charged me the 200.00. Called them and emailed them several times, but never got any reply except for an email Gary stated he was waiting to hear something from bookkeeping, its been 2 months. I am still waiting. Save yourself the trouble and use another broker!!!!!  (more)

I notified RiteWay of my request to have the vehicle arrive in Madison, WI, on December 28 in late November / early December. They assured me, that despite the holidays, it would arrive on time. The vehicle was not picked up until January 3, and has yet to arrive (Jan 8). The driver of my vehicle told me he was in Madison, but 20 miles away, and could deliver immediately if given permission to drive my car, and if I'd drop him back off at the original location 20 miles away. RiteWay has not contacted me ever since the dispatch and the dispatched driver is HORRID. He picked up my vehicle late, originally promised a Dec. 5 delivery date, and is late again for his Dec. 8 delivery. And he has asked me TWICE to meet him at a location other than the drop off location for me to pick up the car. The service is clearly delivery of my vehicle to a specified location, not to a 20 mile radius of my house where I am expected to pick it up without a car of my own. Additionally, the delays in pickup and delivery have left me for 10 days in Madison without transportation.  (more)

Staffs at Rite Way Auto Transport took the time to explain how the transport business works and what to expect and they provided us with valuable information, was extremely helpful, and not pushy. They earned our trust and our business. Everything went very smoothly and the service was more affordable than that of other providers. My car picked on time and delivered on time in excellent condition earlier than expected date.I am satisfied with this company.Would recommend Rite Way Auto Transport to anyone and will call them again if I ever have to ship a car.  (more)

They exceeded my expectation. The most important thing is trust and promptness. Their prices are excellent and there customer service is very good.
