Kona Trans was responsible for delivering our new kitchen cabinets when they arrived by barge in Kawaihae. Communication was excellent. I was checking in daily as I have an aggressive construction schedule, and never once did they seem annoyed and were always courteous, respectful, and very helpful. Kona trans contract with Costco . They supposed to be bring my ordered appliances in and installation, take old items out . But after waited long 4 weeks now they said just DROP OFF AT DOOR ??! Refregiater, dishwasher , oven , other staff ?!?!?! How we gonna put heavy staff in??!! They are take advantage of corona (more)

I was very happy with their service. The employees arrived on time and even though the move was literally across the street, they all were very efficient and moved my heavy items, take down of beds, reset, couches and done in 3.5 hours. a couple of the furniture was scuffed but given the arrangement of the home it was understandable (more)
