SR review for Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS)

Review Description

I had used Dependable Auto Shippers to ship my car from Colorado to Washington. My order number is 45262664. I received my car after 12 days, after I got my car I saw that they broke the muffler of the car and it was actually hanging down when the driver unloaded it from the truck. The muffler was completely damaged and I was not able to take my car out. The next day I called them up and they asked me to get an estimate and file a claim, so I got an estimate and filed a claim. After 5 days of submitting the claim, I called them again and they said that the claim was denied, the lady just said we are sorry, we are not responsible for it. I am very disappointed with the service. The muffler was damaged to such an extent that I was not able to get welding done on it, hence I had to get it replaced and the total cost was $1600. So I paid $500 for shipping it and additional $1600 for getting my car repaired. DAS is EXTREMELY irresponsible in handling cars. If you love your car PLEASE DONT USE THEIR SERVICE.
