Upon recieving Jasmine as my representative previous issues were resolved and corrected timely. I give my 5 star rating due to her assistance and abilities to assist. I was notified timely when a carrier was found and was giving accurate contact information and timelines for pickup and delivery. Due to the challenge of my vehicle destination I was instructed accuratly as to how to secure a driver within cost and contacted periodically to recieve a currnet status of my order.
