Our "specialist" did not know half of what was required to move our vehicle out of Puerto Rico. With only a few days left, we had to run around and get a police inspection, documents notarized, and a cleaning that required attestation. We did this all by ourselves. The "specialist" also told us that the vehicle would be picked up at our house, but we had to deliver it to the port. Once there, the Bill of Lading was not sent from Transparent. This required frantic phone calls to them. I would NOT use them to transport my vehicle.
