One good thing: They are a legitimate business. They won't pick up your car and disappear with it. One bad thing: Don't believe ANYTHING the women in the office tell you. They will say whatever you need to hear to get you to sign their on-line contract. After you sign that, all tunes change. Priority handling is only "an estimate." Read more ....

My car was collected on time on Wednesday with delivery the following Monday. When I contacted the driver monday he was just leaving the pickup state. No phone call. No communication. I had requested for a premium pick up and delivery which was supposed to be 1 to 3 days and they only picked after 18 days. They never called me or the person at the pick up site to inform us of the pick up dates. When I called all they would say was that they were working on it. Read more ....
