Review Description

One of the drivers for this company TOTALED my PARKED car on a side street and left! Also took out a stop sign! The only way I was able to find out who hit my car was through security cameras on the street which was a process in itself . Once we figured out who did it we contacted the risk claim department, the person I spoke with was very rude and not understanding of my situation! I had just completely lost my payed off car and he gave me nothing but attitude the entire process . He told me my insurance would take care of things but my insurance cannot take care of the money spent on rentals and gas and all the money I lost in parts and labor to the car I had before someone in their company decided to total it ! I coils t stress enough that not only did he total it but left the scene and the risk department acted as if it was no big deal. I had to basically beg for a decent refund for my rental fees and then I cashed one of the checks that was canceled by them due to a misunderstanding and the company would not even reimburse me for the feee I was charged by my bank! I received nothing but attitude the entire time !
