Review Description

This is the first time I have ever had to ship a vehicle. McNutt was the cheapest rate and friendly staff until.......They got my money and did not pick up the car. They claim weather and a wrech on Friday stopped them from making the pickup that was scheduled 2 days BEFORE the day of the bad weather and wreck. Hmmm, McNutt may be stupid but I am not, that story just does not add up. Oh, and they did not even bother to tell me that they were not delivering my car. No refund and no call. I had to call them the day of delivery to find out when they were coming (never). I will NEVER refer anyone to this company. Very bad business. I guess they decide to treat dealerships better than individuals.
