Review Description
Horizon Auto Transport function as an intermediary to put your car transportation out to bid with a carrier. I tried calling Phil multiple times over two weeks with minimal response, and he showed little respect for my time in scheduling. Note: they will NOT give you 24 hours of notice for pickup -- more like 4-6 hours of notice. A carrier was accidentally sent one weekend, while the final carrier had the wrong address and showed up late. Save yourself a headache, time and money and go with a different company.
