Review Description

On 3/17/2021 I paid a deposit to have my Toyota MR2 shipped from FL to MI on 4/6/2021 as I was to fly out 4/7/2021. I was told a driver would contact me the day before to confirm time and location of pickup. I called 4/1/2021 to ensure we were on schedule and was assured all was well. After 1:00pm on 4/5/2021 I began texting, emailing and calling since I had not yet heard from a driver. I was told twice 1:35 and 3:10 they would contact dispatch and get back with me. The third and fourth calls were not answered at 4:48 and 6:45. At 6:55 pm I called the emergency phone number provided on the recording from my previously unanswered attempts. I was then told by a different representative that the driver was delayed and they were looking for a new driver. I was told I would receive a call first thing in the morning. That was the last correspondence from "get it done transportation inc." I enjoyed! Do yourself a favor and move on to a reputable carrier, so that you may have an opportunity to actually GET IT DONE!!!
