Upon delivery I was over-charged $100. This was on December 7th, 2014. On the 8th I called our contact (Benny Lugo)and explained this to him. He said he was going to resolve. On the 9th he said Dispatch was checking. On the 12th he was not in when I called; they said he would call back in an hour; no call back. On the 15th he said he would call the driver and take care of this today. Said he would call me back; no call back. On the 16th Benny said I would be getting my money. On the 22nd Benny said a check would be mailed to the dropoff address. On the 31st Benny said give it a few more days because of the holidays. On January 12th Benny said he would check and call back. On the 13th he was at lunch; no call back. On Jan. 16th Kevin said he would cut a check today. This same run around has been going on through March 19th when Kevin said they mailed a check and to call if I did not get it in a couple days. Since then when I have called 3 different numbers no one answers, some have voice mail, but no one calls me back. Are they out of business?
