Diamond Express - Review

After dealing with a broker I got hooked up with Diamond Express. The were the most caring people / company. They called on time, and keep us informed. We found out that they could not pick up at my Moms house. They worked with her on a good & close pick up point. They even told her that they would drive her home (Via a 2nd car) if she could not find someone to follow her. Diamond Express is a VERY CARING COMPANY. I was informed that before the driver even drove into the pick up point, he parked in the road and walked the WHOLE Parking lot to check for easy entrance / exit, low branches, as not to brush onto the top vehicles then returned to drive in and to load my car. He was so careful as to check everything on the car. He even found a few scratches we did not even new about. He also took off the antenna and put it into the car. He, Dave was so nice to my Mom, She felt safe with him and that everything would go as planned. After the car was loaded, Kathy gave me a call and told me what was going on and what Daves time line would be. Then on Good Friday the gave me another call just to let us know everything was on time and that when he got closer they would give us another call to set up a drop off time.  (more)

I was actually called an idiot amongst several other derogatory things from a rep with the name of Christine. The company seems to be disorganized with a lack of procedures or maybe it has employees who do not care about the procedures. I am not sure. I do know the owner Joe who I talked with said the person who originally received my order was let go because she did not do her job right. I found Joe to be professional and able to have a reasonable conversation, but his employees were rude, condescending and literally referred to me in a derogatory manner several times. For this reason, I would NOT recommend Diamond Express.  (more)

I contracted with Diamond Express to transport my Lexus from Colorado Springs to Texas. My experience with this company was exceptional. The car arrived in Texas at estimated time. Their price was very competitive, their personnel very professional. A test of a company is the response when something goes wrong. My car was damaged by a malfunction in the loading operation. The driver contacted me immediately about the damage and pointed it out upon arrival. I contacted Shawn, the Diamond representative I had previously talked to, and was told that he already had pictures of the damage and to get an estimate and they would have it repaired to my satisfaction. After I emailed the estimate to them, the president of the company immediately sent me an email mail offering to give a credit card to the repair shop or send a check directly to me. I received the check within a couple of days and an email from the president oft he company apologizing for any inconvience to me. I highly recommend this company!!  (more)

They have good time management the delivery and pick up so exact and on time.There was absolutely no damages as they assured.  (more)

Diamond express were honest and helpful and their price was competitive - not the cheapest but best price among the market; I wonder how some potential transports could have made any profit and that concerned me. Good place to handover our transaction.  (more)
