Everything was just as described. Reasonable price. They worked around my work schedule on the pick up date. That was alot of help!! The first transporter I had canceled bc I couldnot give them the cars 2 days in advance. ...Anyway they delivered the car on time everything was great. Door to door delivery.  (more)

NEVER, NEVER trust Able Auto Transport to get your car delivered. I placed an order in March to have a car delivered from Florida to Wisconsin. Car was to be picked up April 9-12-18. I flew down to get the car on the truck. No truck was available was all they would say, BESIDES HONEY, SWEETIE AND OTHER NICE WORDS TO COAX YOU ALONG. As of today, May 15 still no car and no definite answers. What a BS company. I booked with another company today. Do your homework before booking with them, they do not own any trucks. They give you a low quote and then try to find another company to haul it for them, if no one accepts there low ball offers your vehicle will just sit there. Company name should be UNABLE AUTO TRANSPORT INC I Would rate them as a minus 10. I asked to talk to to the owner and was told NO this is not possible. Was forced to give it one star in order to leave a review.  (more)

CA to PA! Military friendly auto transport! Able auto picked up my vehicle right away and delivered it to me on the date I needed it. Pricing was upfront small deposit and I paid the remainder to the driver when they dropped my vehicle off. I will definitely use them when I move back to California!  (more)

The Car was picked up from Salt Lake City, Utah and was delivered Philadelphia, PA in very short time without any problems. The broker agents and driver were very professional. The brokers kept me in communication all the time. The driver delivered the car before time! I had used Able few times in past before this service. I will use them again when needed.  (more)

Able Auto Transport Inc has the worst customer service, extremely rude dispatchers and the worst extremely rude manager. They were not able to provide me with a carrier for my 2 cars after more than 20 days and 2 increases to the original quote. They were contracted on 2.24.11, they were not able to provide me with a carrier in their promised 3 to 5 day window of time. After more than a week they sent a carrier that would not pick up the cars and wanted me to get a tow truck to get the car to them several blocks away from my house, after more than 20 days, finally on 3.14.11 i decided to cancel the service, not before I called them to make sure i would get a refund. Ii called and they promised a refund, within 3 to 5 business days, even faster because they messed up, but after more than 10 days of waiting and repeated emails and calls, I got to finally talk to the manager, he told me that they would not issue a refund because they had provided a carrier but i just didn't want to cooperate and did not want to negotiate another pick up and if they did they would not refund me any of the deposit even the quote and deposit for just one car is significantly lower. Overall they are not a transport company, they are brokers, and pretty bad ones, they just want your money and will not provide the service they are contracted for, plus they would not honor their word on a refund, the dispatchers are unable to resolve any issues and their manager is extremely rude. Please don't waste your money on Able Auto Transport, they won't deliver, they won't keep their refund promises and they will treat you bad.  (more)

The staff was very conversant and professional.They knew every aspect of the car transport industry.They gave me a great competitive price that surpassed the other transporters quotes.the equipment they use is recent,and up to date.the driver was very professional, and had a lot of experience in the car transport production.I felt like my car was secure,and in good hands with the driver.The driver keep me posted of his itinerary, where he was, and gave me estimated time of arrival of my car which to me was very courteous,and helpful. My car was delivered secure,and in good order as it was picked up.  (more)
