Weston import transport picked -up my Suv in South Florida and delivered it to S.E. Wisconsin ahead of agreed time , and in mint condition, they replaced a transporter (AAR.) who took my deposit and disappeared. They (Weston Imports Trans.) did a excellent job for me. thank you.  (more)

Good initial sales pitch, cleverly masks their false advertising. Weston Imports stated their company owned multi-vehicle carrier truck would pick up my automobile, and tracking was readily available through customer service. Their initial truck was in fact a subcontractor who never showed up and did not call, and Weston Imports provided no initial calls for several days either. A SECOND pick-up was again through a subcontractor (B&W Towing) who stated they were to pick-up one additional car only. Subcontractor picked up & dropped off more than "one other" car, lost/totaled a delivery car in its care on an interstate and damaged my contracted vehicle to be delivered. Weston Imports obligated me (its client) to work through B&W Towing (Weston Imports subcontractor) to collect for damages just to initially find out B&W Towing/Weston Imports subcontractor DID NOT have insurance. Weston-Imports would not intervene, would not take customer service calls, and certainly offered no financial reimbursement towards damages and/or "delivery fee". I personally spent days trying to get the car picked up, and weeks seeking insurance funds to cover damages. Weston Imports PROVIDED NO SERVICE and I strongly recommend looking for another delivery source.  (more)

This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle across the country using transaport company.staffs at this transport were very professnal and very responsive and answered all my pone calls and emails on time.Great customer service, friendly and honest people ,every thing went very well from start to finish.i am impressed by their service.I would contact Weston Imports in a heartbeat to help me along for another smooth and enjoyable experience.  (more)

After receiving dozens quotes with a broad price range and went through reviews for several companies and I found this company. I have used Weston Imports several times before and have always had prompt service and very courteous and professional drivers. Customer service was good and there were no surprises in price, communication was effective, and my vehicle was delivered on-time and in the same condition as when it was picked up. The driver was very professional and easy to coordinate delivery with .Weston Imports was more honest and I'm glad I went with them.The drop off driver was courteous, timely, and nice. The driver is great, she is considerate and prompt. The car was delivered with no additional damage and within one day of the estimate. Everything went smoothly. I will not hesitate to use the company again and I will recommend Weston Imports to my family and friends.  (more)
