I would definitely recommend Intercity Lines. After getting delayed by a broker service, I contacted Intercity Lines and had a scheduled pickup two days later. The car was handled with care and they made it to my house days faster than I expected. Eddie and Yolanda stayed in constant communication and even went out of their way to help surprise my family with the delivery. After reviewing many transport service companies, including many brokers I went with Intercity. Why not the cheapest of my final three, the service was excellent from start to delivery. I felt very comfortable selecting them. They picked up my vehicle in New Hampshire after the Thanksgiving. holiday and delivered to KY. The driver Shane, was a true professional who communicated with me along the route. He was very thorough in inspecting and documenting the car at pick up from the dealer. I would certainly consider Intercity if I needed to move a vehicle. . I would definitely consider the again if I needed to ship a vehicle.  (more)

I rarely take the time to review companies I purchase from but I am writing this review about Intercity Lines because we had the unusual opportunity to experience exemplary customer service. The company usually deals with the rich and famous (Jay Leno and many ultra-expensive car owners) but I am just a dad who wanted to have his 24 year old daughter’s first car of her own get to her safely. She lives in a mountain community in California, which makes things tricky. Matt Mriglot from Intercity pulled out all stops to make sure we coordinated with a truck heading west through Chicago, where we bought the car. Tim Sullivan, the truck’s phenomenally experienced driver cared for her used Subaru Outback with the same care and detail as the Ferraris sharing the truck. He stayed in touch with me and my daughter throughout the trip, arranging to meet her in a safe truck stop she which was able to travel to. The car was delivered perfectly and she was thrilled with it. Thank you to Matt and Tim and Intercity for treating us and our vehicle with the same care and dignity you offer the rich and famous.  (more)

Intercity Lines office staff and drivers are very professional and take fantastic care of your car while they transport it. They were very communicative in setting up the pickup and while en route. I had a 2001 BMW M Roadster brought from Mississippi to Massachusetts. Their price was only slightly higher (7%) than cheapest quote I got from the typical brokers. I was extra pleased with the husband and wife driver team (Virginia and Bill) that brought my car. Their enclosed trailer was spotless and the car came off ready to show. I have used broker-based shippers in the past and have had cars damaged consistently. My experience with Intercity Lines was a dramatic change from this. Go with Intercity Lines and avoid the nightmare of typical broker-based transport.  (more)

Have had autos transported a couple of times in the precedent. Intercity is the first that below promised and over delivered. I now will use them all time we ship a car. Very expert and I knew where the 2008 Lexus was at all times. The car arrived earlier than promised, clean, and unspoiled. A few bucks more but value every penny.  (more)
