Fern Transport - Review

1. Once I started my discovery, online. for an auto transport company I was bombarded with e-mail, text messages and telephone calls. These calls, text messages and e-mails continued, UNSOLICITED, well after the car was enroute to Atlanta. 2. Some of the calls were NOT pleasant and I found many of compay representatives unprofessional, demanding and not customer service oriented. 3. I agreed to have my car shiipped from Phoenix to Atlanta with FASTTRACK AUTO CARRIERS //Order # 35022-UU // Rep ID ARON for a TOTAL of $600. I further agreed to have my credit card charged on May 12, 2014 for a deposit of $100. I was instructed by Aron to be prepared to pay by cash, money order or cashier check in the sum of $500 when my carr arrived in Atlanta. PROPOSED SCHEDULE: Depart PHX on May 14, 2014 // Arrive ATL on May 18, 2014 5. On May 16th, I receive a call from FERN TRANSPORT advising they will be my assigned carrier. HOWEVER; the cost is now $625 due at the pickup point in the same form of payment descirbed in HOW DID THE COST OF TRANSPORTING MY VEHICLE GO FROM $600 TOTAL TO $725 ? I am relocating my entire family this summer from Phoenix to Atlanta. I have three (3) cars that will need to be tranported by a carrier. I have learned a valuable lessson from my expereince relative to your industry and how you do business.  (more)

The man was really nice and did a great job of inspecting the car before and after the car was shipped. He ended up getting there a day early, which was excellent for me cause I needed my car as soon as possible for work. I have never shipped my car before this and this experience was wonderful.  (more)

I had my car shipped from North Carolina to Arizona. The delivery transaction was smooth and the vehicle arrived two days early. They went out of their way to accommodate me an my schedule.  (more)
