After dealing with a company that basically took my money and then stopped answering their phone I went through a broker that uses exit 15. I was moving my daughters car from California to Missouri. My car was supposed to be picked up by the 10th but due to some problem the car could not be.picked up until the 11th. The driver coordinated a safe location for me to drop my car off and he took care of the rest. I felt the driver was very nice and professional. He communicated well from the original pickup date and throughout the cars transport. I read the reviews after using them and was shocked on others experience with exit 15. Most were due to damage which quite honestly happens to cars. I think if you have a car that cannot.handle.any road damage pay the extra amount and ship it in an enclosed trailer otherwise be aware that things happen. I dont know how many times my windshield had been cracked due to road hazards. Anyways, the short of this review is that Eldin is an excellent driver and I will use him.when I need the car brought.back to California.  (more)

They damaged my car en route and then lied they did not do it. And then drew it into the original contract as a pre existing dent in my car Good thing I took a picture of the original contract. And all after charging 300 more than their pre quoted price as well. Should have pursued legal action. If only I had the time. Hopefully these criminals are no longer in business.  (more)

They were days late picking up the vehicle, raised the price on me when they were picking it up, 10,000 dollars in damage to my car and totalled another customers car while unloading them, still charged me the extra 300.00 or it was going back on the truck, driver was a nice guy polite and such, not anything good to say about the company or the dispatchers, They should have a computer program or a book of vehicles so they know exactly what they are picking up. height length weight info like that,  (more)

My son had to have his car for his first day of work in Chicago, a city he never had lived in and had only known a small town before the move to Chicago. Mr. M got the car to our son on time. I know how hard that was for him and he did sacrificing his time to get it there. I am very grateful for his doing so. I know he really had to work hard to get his car there for Scott. The car was delivered on time in excellent condition. Driver was polite and answered all of my questions. I truly do not know what else to say, it was a cold snowy mornimg,we were both in a hurry.  (more)

The driver was very polite and helpful. He called me several time to make the deliver as smooth as possible. Car was in perfect condition and transport time was stunning. He picked it up only one day of scheduling.  (more)
