We live in Maryland and my daughter was in school in Fesno Ca. Last July she became ill and we had to put her car and things in storage and bring her home. My wife and her were going to fly out in Decemebr to get her car and we made arrangements with Jay at K-1 to have the car picked up during a 2 day window, but when my daughter became more ill they could not fly out so we postponed our trip till February. In February I contacted Jay and he remembered me and asked how my daughter was feeling. I told him him that my daughters friend in Fresno volunteered to clean out her storage facility and take the car to her house to be picked up the weekend of the 13th of February. Jay arranged this for me. The driver called that weekend as he said he would and gave my daughters friend a 3 hour window pick up time. He showed up on the 14th took pictures front and back and took the car. During the week across country I contacted Jay several times to check on the location. He would laways call the driver and call me back within an hour or so to give me an update. He said the car should be there Sunday the 21st or Monday the 22nd. The drivercalled us Friday night on the 19th to tell us he would probably be there Monday morning between 10-1PM. On Monday the 22nd around 9:00am the diver called me and told me he was one hour away, and we arranged a meeting at a Lowes shopping center nearby. We drove there picked up the which was filthy dirty which we expected coming across country took it to the cra wash and home. All in all Jay you were fantastic to me and working with us during our short pickup window and did a FANTASTIC job. I am as I said sending you a few cuistomersthis week coming.  (more)

I had one issue when the dispatcher didnot call me back when they said they would, left me wondering when my car would be delivered until I got a call the next day. Other than that, the delivery was fast and my car was in the same condition I dropped it off in.  (more)

Absolutely horrible business. Do not even start a quote with this company. They barrage you with phone calls and texts and then when you actually speak to someone, they are so RUDE. It was shocking to hear how I was being talked to by a "sales rep". DO NOT use this company. When I tried to get off the phone with the sales rep for this company he made fun of me for not listening to him. Horrible business, horrible people -- do not ever use this company!  (more)

After a complete mix-up in the communication from the agent to K1 Auto, June of K1 Auto totally came through with picking up my car. The agent had told K1 that my car was to be picked up on Monday, when the car NEEDED (for various logistical reasons) on Thursday. Because of that mix-up, a driver would not be available, BUT June came through and made it happen to pick my car up on Thursday. A week later, I got a call that my car was in California ready for me. I asked if they could hold it until Saturday due to my lack of parking space at my home. They said it was no problem and delivered my car on Saturday, no damage of stuff stolen. I would use K1 Auto again despite the mix-up, but would contact them directly. I also strongly believe they are dedicated to customer service through Junes ability to make sure they honored what had been discussed on my quote/contract.  (more)

I just wanted to thank you for handling the transport of my hubby car. The transport was prearranged and passed out very quickly, and the staffs were too gracious and professional. We couldnt have been more pleased. I will highly recommend your service from this point on, because your reasonable prices, high quality service, and truth in advertising are beyond reproach. I am so happy that I chose K-1 Auto Carrier. I know it sounds cheesy, but I really had no problems at all. They called the day before, to let me know they would be picking up my car on the next day. They picked up my car on the correct day that I needed them to. They told me that it would take 7 to 9 days for my car to be delivered. My car was delivered on the 8th day. The driver called the day earlier than to let me know when he would be delivering my car. He kept me informed as to what time he would turn up.  (more)
