They damaged the car in transit and said they would take care of the damage. This has been going on since March 2014 with no resolution. They do not return phone calls or emails and we are going t have to turn this over to our Insurance company and attorney. Stay away from this company. Read more ....

My 18 year old daughter needed her car shipped to North Carolina. She is married with a 9 month old baby. It has been over 60 days and car has not been delivered. They have no transportation. Car is full of baby clothes, baby bed, kitchen dishes, etc. Please choose another service. Read more ....

I shipped my Vehicle from Charlotte, NC to Castle Rock CO. Initially, everything was good and they delivered my vehicle in 1 week. Martin was the driver for JMT. Picked up car as promised following contacting pick-up contact. Martin's navigation system took him 7 miles NE of my location but address was precisely the same, go figure! Martin kept in contact the whole time and was very enjoyable to job with. Overall, the carrier did a great job. However, there was a misunderstanding.The main mix-up was, when the arrange was received and my credit card charged, I was told that there would be a Saturday pick-up.
