A-1 Auto Transport was easy to use and I got my final quote and confirmation in a very timely manner. When I called them to arrange all the details they were very nice but there was some disorganization and miscommunication on their part when it came time for delivery. We are a business so I was assured that they would not deliver outside our normal business hours. The driver called me at 11:00 p.m. telling me he was waiting for me. He was very nice but it took quite some time to make him understand that I would not be coming to meet him in the middle of the night. Outside of that everything was great.  (more)

Paid November 1st for A-1 Auto Transport to ship car from Johnstown PA to Slidell La and they never showed up in the time frame promised. I called to find out why and they said could not find anyone to do job. Said they would refund. Almost 3 months later and still trying to get refund. Last time I called the girl laughed and said you will never get your refund. I reported to DOT and BBB. DOT is investigating and apparently looks like insurance and licensing was false as it was pulled on transportreviews.com . I am also contact other people that have filed complaintes to pursue further. Don't plan on dispatch helping with anything; all the girls can say are "I don't know".  (more)

I searched more than a week calling lot of transport companies and A1 auto transport was very prompt about getting delivering my vehicle. I recommend A1 auto transport for others! They didn't let me down!  (more)
