Secure Auto Shipping - Review

This is my second time using Mike at Secure Auto Shipping. Was happy the first time, and was happy overall the second time as well. There was a minor issue with the driver. After speaking with Mike, he said he would take care of it so it would not happen again. Would gladly use them again.  (more)

Ok my vehicle was set to leave GA to an overseas location. This company was dealing fine with me until after April 9, 2008. Thats the date they charged me a 500 deposit. Evers since till today the car hasnot been picked up and not only that; no one even answers the phone. I have been calling this compnay for over a month and no answer to phones, voice mails or even e-mails. I filed a case against them with my credit card co. I am now under the impression that this is no longer even an existing company. SO PLEASE BEWARE. I dont think anyone would have a problem with them now since no one has answered a phone call for the past month. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!  (more)

I had a wonderful experience with Secure Auto Shipping. This was my first time having to ship a car, completely unaware of the whole process, Ross was a great help. Having numerous choices, I went with my get and was really happy I did. Communication was spot on and honest. Secure Auto lived up to their promise and delivered my car in perfect condition, right on schedule. I couldn’t have made a better choice, and I think the price was really good compared to some other quotes I got, not to mention the guys I spoke to were really friendly and helpful.
