: Excellent service and great.
I used to go to this place when I was a kid/teenager 25 years ago, and it has not changed. They still serve great meals at very affordable prices. I paid 5.75 for a delicious butter burger meal with a drink, and it was just enough to fill the empty spaces. The atmosphere is comfortable diner-style, typical Toledo atmosphere. The locals from the neighborhood come here, and judging from some of the conversations at the counter, they have been frequenting for a very long time! White Tower Sylvania Ave. is a great little place with a very nostalgic feel.

Contacted Bill 1 month prior to be added to pic up schedule. pic up dates 8/22-23 or 24. No Problem says Bill you r in good hands..call back 10 days prior to P.U. Did that, Scheduled p.u. 8/23. 8/23 comes & goes..no call no nuthin! hmmm Call about 4 pm.. Oh says Bill Bull..I did not say Tues. I said Wed..Definetly before 2pm. I say OK I am leaving Thursday..( my marked date on the calender for Tuesday PU crossed out).At this point my gut is telling me ..I have plan B & leave keys & instructions with a friend. You guessed it...Wed. I call Bull 12pm ask y the driver has not called? Oh says Bull he is in N.J.he will be there sometime tonight.. Thursday I am on a flight gone. Call Thursday..he, The driver jeff is in Queens says Bull, your next.. Phew good. Call me...You guessed right again...no call. I call.. Bull says Jeff the driver had to go back to NJ for God Knows what... I am starting to get chest pains...Bull says Friday definetly but I cannot give you a time..OK U Guessed Right Again! Say goodbye to Friday..Poor truck has a hydralic leak..Now Bill Bull hands me over to Angelo..The Carnival barker ran outta stories. Wait there more stories..Someone died...Really no kiddin!?? Another hydrolic leak..,(Where is DOT when you want them??) A driver quit and stole money? I can only wonder Y? And the only straight thing that happened was Tropical storm Irene hit Sat. 8/27 late evening after 11PM & continued into early Sunday 8/28. FOUR full days after promised Pick up. Delivery was more of the same ....I actually gave up...I almost did not care if I got the car or not..I just wanted this misaberable saga to end (more)

: Very happy customer
I bought a car at the copart in north carolina and was getting slammed with storage fees. I gave White Tower short notice of the problem and they jumped on it right away. (more)
