I had one small issue at the beginning of the process where I was expecting to hear from the company and did not. (i.e. someone forget to phone me back). I was a bit annoyed and let the company know that. I have to say, the company pulled out all the stops to make things right! I had numerous phone calls from the admin office thereafter and they even helped arrange temporary storage of the vehicle on account I could not meet them at the pick-up location / time. I think the true nature of a company is shown when you see how they deal with a problem, and this company showed me that they care. In the end, I was very pleased with the service and would absolutely use them again. The representative who met me at the pick-up location was excellent.
