I got a quote and made a reservation to have them pick up my car...Tomorrow is the pick up date and nobody has contacted me..I have been calling and calling...NO ANSWER..Obviously they do not want my business...My flight leaves tomorrow...Terrible customer service. Dont waist your time!  (more)

I selected this transport by their good rating in the website.I am proud that I used this transport for shipping my car across the country.The staffs were very friendly,courteious,knowledgale and information I received from them regarding the company and the transport prompted me to call them directly to set up the transport. My car picked on time and delivered on time but it was little dirty.Since I used the open carrier it was expected.Overall I was satisfied.The next time we have to transport vehicles, we will call United Auto Transporters!  (more)

This was the 2nd time our family has used United Auto Transporters to transport an auto from Nebraska to Texas state. I was pleasantly surprised when my car arrived within 3 days! Their customer service was very good and they were prompt in answering my questions. They actually picked up my car early, and delivered it earlier than I ever expected. Thank you again for making this a simple process! Very professional, honest and very good service at reasonable price. I have had numerous bad experiences but with United Auto Transporters the Service was Great. I was unwilling when I read the 1st review where the lady claimed that she wasn't refunded her money but I was told by Connie herself that they never with hold a deposit. She even gave me the corroboration number to let me know that it was given .,... I really do appreciate the outstanding service .  (more)
