I transported my car from Chicago to Orlando fl and I was referred by a local dealer to contact greg at sun rise auto transport So I did very pleased with the shipment and the honesty of the procedure Greg helped me prep the car as well as allowed me plenty of time to finish up my last minute chores before he picked up the car. I recently moved from California to Wisconsin and had the misfortune of having Sun Rise Auto Transport move my car via a broker (American Car Movers). The car was delivered a week and a half late! It took 23 days for the car to arrive! The driver of the truck moving my car never bothered to call me and provide me with updates. Greg, the owner/manager, of Sun Rise went out of the country and did not delegate his responsibilities to anyone; as a result I was completely in the dark. When I finally got a hold of Greg, he kept telling me that the car would arrive "today". "Today" didn't happen for another 4 days! And when the car finally arrived, items were stolen from within the vehicle. But Greg's approach was "not my problem" regarding the delay and the items stolen. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had and the attitude of Greg and his staff at Sun Rise Auto Transport made it all the worse. They refused to take ownership of the huge delay it took to bring my car. STAY AWAY FROM SUN RISE AUTO TRANSPORT!!!  (more)
