If there was such thing as negative stars this company would get negative 100! The owner of this business "Experienced Auto Transportation" of Encina California is unethical and abusive. He gave me a quote to pick up my car and deliver it to Denver Co for $750. with a pickup date. As it turns out the pick up was a day late and I found out the cost of the transportation went from $750 to $1150 WITHOUT my consent or notification. The car was halfway to Denver when I discovered I needed to have $1150 cash for the driver if I wanted to get my car back. This is extortion and evidently after reading more about this company he has done this repeatedly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONEST. When I voiced my concerns and panic because I was forced to come up with the additional cash the owner Ronnie was rude and abusive and told me I could stick it up my ASS! He even threatened violence against my husband when he tried to get involved!  (more)

These guys drove my car all the way from NJ to MO instead of transporting it in a truck. These guys are cheats. It was my mistake that when my friend released the car for pickup, he did not note down the mileage and very smartly the company also did not note it down before picking up. My car had run 44100 miles before picking up and when it was delivered it read 45105 miles. Which means they drove it and loaded it on a trailer which was in MO already and showed as if they have transported it using a trailer. I was about to shift my car in a short span .As soon as I made the enquiry with the regal auto transport the staffs were so professional and they scheduled me to move the cars within 10 days. I contacted the people at Regal Auto and I booked with them because they answered all my questions and gave my a very good price to send my car to Houston.
