This was my first time transporting my vehicle between Alabama and California in the past few months with Preferred Auto Transport. This is the first time I have had a vehicle transported and am pleasantly surprised.Driver called us the night before with an accurate delivery time for the next morning. Everything went as communicated to me.Staffs were honest,reliable and responsible and always available to answer any questions.My car arrived on time but little dirty due to heavy storm and driver explained me the situation very well and was acceptable.I am happy with the overall experience and will definitely consider this broker in the future.  (more)
