I was very happy with the service. They followed up to my request with a phone call and when I got in touch with them, they were very friendly and understanding of my circumstances. He tried to work within my financial limitations (I was shipping my Mom's car to my Sister) and was very patient with me and all my questions. The car was picked up on time and very carefully loaded on the transport. My sister carefully checked out the car when she received it and absolutely nothing was wrong with it and it was delivered on time.  (more)
