Shipped a car from AZ to Kansas City area with this company. There was an "actual" contract with clear contract language and ins info in it and they asked for my drivers license picture as part of the process. Other companies seemed shady and had no yelp reviews or contracts, just a quote and take your money... not USA Auto Transport and Phx Auto Shipping. It did cost a bit more than others but worth it. Legit business and trustworthy!!! The only problem is they said it would take 2-3 days to get from Phx to Kansas CIty... the 2 drivers pulled all-nighter and had the car there overnight (one sleeps while the other one drives). Crazy fast and I had to jump thru some hoops to get the person in KC to be there for the delivery early. Overnight is unusual so never expect it. The only thing that suffering me was the carrier that Jim and the guys at Phoenix Auto used for me. The truck driver was a foreigner and I had a very firm time communicating with him over the phone. He spoke very slight English. The driver was supposed to call me 2 days in advance since I lived a long distance from the drop off and I never did obtain that phone call. It looks myself calling and finding out. Then I was told I had the be there to meet the driver in less than 18 hrs. It really put me in a bind but had to work through it. Then the driver didn't want me to date the check sheet because he was afraid of getting in trouble with his log book with the police  (more)
