I appreciate the ability to track the drivers location and get an ETA, which helps in planning my schedule. One downside, however, is the surge pricing during peak hours or bad weather. The cost can skyrocket, making it less affordable compared to other transport options. Additionally, availability can be an issue in less busy areas, leading to longer wait times. Overall, Uber is convenient and reliable for getting around the city, especially when public transportation is not an option. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a flexible and hassle-free way to travel.  (more)

MJ was great to work with, very responsive and open communication which was great with my family and I would cross country move from DC to Seattle. We had the request out for roughly two weeks and transportation had been slim due to the holidays. We had one driver booked then canceled, then we had a crazy winter storm that stranded drivers. But MJ was able to find a driver that was located in the WA and showed up the day before we flew to the west coast (Thankfully). I would work with them again if we were to relocate again. Thanks MJ! As a side note, if you are shipping personal belongings with your vehicle, make sure you let MJ know so they can inform the drivers upon they arrive. If you donot drivers could add additional costs to transport or decline to ship your vehicle.  (more)

Needed a Commercial Wolf Stove shipped from Altanta Ga. To NJ, and was contacted by Ryan E. a logistic coordinator from a company called Nation Wide Transport Services out of Fla. BUYER BEWARE! do not hire this company. TOTAL INCOMPETENT MORONS. After taking my CC for payment in FULL, all the promises verbal and contractual were ignored. Thank you very much Richard! Richard shipped my truck from Miami o the Port in California! He did a great job with finding a driver, I gave him a 3 day notice and he had a driver on the third day ready with the his with driver info and contact... Driver was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. VERY nice truck - I was very surprised to see him load my old school non running Cadillac on such a nice truck.. They listed my car on the Central Dispatch site without an actual order. This caused great problems and delays in the eventual transport with another broker. Highly dishonest. They are still harassing me for posting the facts  (more)

I used nationwide to ship my 73 Corvette from northridge CA down to my home in West palm beach, Fl. I opted for the enclosed transport and I had a great experience. The car arrived in less than a week, it came in great shape and I got a price that was hundreds lower than the competitors. I will definitely use this company again if i need their services.  (more)

First of all do NOT trust these guys at Nationwide Transport Services. Once they have your money you will never hear from them again. I transported a 1998 Corvette from California to Florida. I could never reach the driver, he never returned a phone call. On the day of delivery I never could get a hold of them. They delivered the car at 9:30pm at night so I couldn't see the damage on my car. The right front fender was cracked, but because the car was delivered at night and filthy, I couldn't see the damage. If you don't sign for the car, you can't get the car. They say they carry $100,000 liability insurance on each vehicle. They don't, they are liars. When I called the trucking company the next day, they said they would not honor the insurance claim and hung up on me. I contacted John at NTS and he never called me back. These guys are rip off's. Once they have your deposit and cash you will never hear from them again. I have over $2,000 damage to a car that was in showroom condition. Now I have lawyers involved and my own insurance company going after them to pay for the damages. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.  (more)
