They lie and make promises that they do not follow thru with. My car was picked up 3 days late and arrived at the destination 4 days late. Not dependable and the customer service is lousy. Received no updates. I had to keep calling and they kept lying to me over and over again. 4 days late is UNACCEPTABLE. Once you sign the contract the whole story changes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This place is a JOKE. The driver couldnot speak English and doesnot know how to tell time. The whole process was RIDICULOUS.  (more)

Very professional, very reasonable price and the car was delivered undamaged and within one day of the original estimate. The driver was knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable and there is there are no hidden charges. I actually enjoyed the whole process at reasonable cost.
