This company and the owner Nick, is extremely shady. full of lies and excuses. The car was 6 days late. From Seattle to SF bay area, normally it takes 3 days and that's on their initial quote. However, they always said they'd deliver the car on the next day and they repeated this 6 times. They have a new excuse every time! The worst part is, on the delivery day, they damaged the wheel of my car!!!! They said they'd pay for the repair but when you email/call them later, they didnt even bother to call back or reply to your email. I even filed a BBB complaint but this didnt help. So stay away from NTA motorsports. Also, stay away from Gold Point. Gold Point is the trucking agent and they only hire shady truckers/companies.  (more)

I have shipped over 200 cars on the last few years and have never had an experience close to this one. My review reflects the other poor reviews of this company. A few of them were told the same reason for delays as I was. Problems with their phone, alternator, tire came off the beed, etc..etc..the total time of delivery from Oakland to Washington state was 15 days!!! . Initial delivery time was to have been 2-3 days. Three days after pickngn up the vehicle the carrier also added $150 to delivery because of a low battery due to his inability to properly start the vehicle. My customer was told that $150 cash was needed at the time of delivery or the vehicle would not be unloaded. My car was essentially held hostage for two weeks. On several occasions carrier would give a delivery time and then disappear and after a few hours come up with another excuse to be late and then not show at all..This happened prior to pickup and then again on delivery. If I could give negative stars I would.  (more)

We were just pleased that we've chosen the right transport company, although their price was $500 more than the lowest quotation that we received. The car was delivered securely on the day that we specified. Joan was very accommodating in terms of some changes that we have to make in our transaction. This company was the most unprofessional company ive ever dealt with.this all started on feb 28 from that day until until feb 3 we tried to get ahold of this company owned by Nick and Tammy and only ever got there message machine.I just found out Another person had the same problem with this company.To go on this company showed up at 11:30pm at night in dim parking lot.When they arrived there attitude changed completely.Nick became very agressive with me when I told him that I wasn't going to pay them until I seen the car being lowered they became very violent Nick threatned to strike me at this point I felt like he was on drugs.After making the threat of abuse he started back to his truck and I thought he was going to get a weapon so I called the police.Tammy acted much the same way with my girlfriend cursing at her and telling her she is an idiot.. What ever you Do just like the other person who's review I just Read .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T  (more)
