They helped from start to finish explaining me everything about auto moving..They were honest and upfront even though i got several quotes giving me what they call low ball quotes..They explained to me that carrier companies only pick up cars paying a decent amount...they said that if i took my mileage amount times high 30 something cents up to 40 to 50 cent a mile thats what i should expect to pay..just like if you apply for a truck driver job you get paid per mile...made sense...so we started at the 1100 total including their fee and within a couple of days my car was picked up...excellent communication from the driver from start to finish...they made moving simple..thanks move on time...i will recommend to anyone moving a car..  (more)

This company is a joke. They blow smoke about being 5 star rated. Once they got my deposit, it was always one excuse after another. Then when I told them they had 2 days to have my vehicle loaded or I wanted a refund, they stopped answering my calls and email. I will do everything I can to make sure this pile of crap company doesn't screw anyone else over!!  (more)

To start, this company has 34 complaints filed with the Southeastern Florida Better Business Bureau - 25 of which they have failed to respond to. The BBB gives them an "F" rating which is the lowest possible rating in their system. I tried to locate their information on the US Department of Transportation page but was unable to locate a company with the licensing information they provide on their website which makes me wonder if they are even fully licensed. BEWARE if that is the case. Furthermore, you will likely pay more than what they quote you. Most of the complaints on the BBB website complain of the same "bait & switch" type activity. My experience was very similar. I received a quote from Move On Time to ship my 2004 Honda Accord from Salt Lake City, Utah to Houston, Texas for $599. In the quote, Move On Time warranted that this was a binding quote not subject to any additional costs or fees and indicated that my car would ship within 72 hours. After nearly two weeks my car had yet to be picked up and the only contact Move On Time made was to ask me for more money in the ballpark of $150-$200. After numerous phone calls and many unreturned emails, I finally got through and spoke with "Ryan." Ryan was at least reasonable and offered to refund my $75 if I would be willing to accept an offer by a carrier that would require me to pay an additional $200 on delivery. Because I was busy juggling other aspects of my move I opted to take the offer just to get it over with. I should have looked for a different company and just canceled with Move On Time and whoever is reading this should do the same!! After my car was delivered I paid the full delivery charge. Now Move On Time refuses to pay me the additional $75 they promised even though I have a receipt from the driver stating I paid $600 in cash on delivery. Move On Time claims that they agreed to pay the driver the additional $75 by sending him a check. How convenient for them - say one th  (more)

This is the first time I have ever had a vehicle transported for a long distance and wanted a company with a good reputation to transport my 1993 Corvette.Picking up our car took a bit longer than dropping it off, about 40 minutes, but that was because the washed it before they brought it out to us! There were no hidden charges and wonderfull service at reasonable cost.I am glad that I used this company for transporting my car across the country.I will say that my car was very clean with not even a nick or chip.I will use Move On Time in future.  (more)

I was concerned about shipping my car using transport company.We honestly can say that our expectations were for average service at best; instead we got first class treatment all the way. Staffs at Move On Time were professional, honest, and reliable and answered my calls and responded to my emails and on time with every aspect.I am glad that I used this company for my transport.
