Been a Customer for many Years Lately the customer service stinks. No follow up. Promises broken. Too many other container companies that what business to deal with them. (more)

This is my second time working with KKI and I highly recommend them. I first worked with John Kennedy about two years ago and he was very helpful and professional. More recently, I worked with John Thormann who is just as professional, helpful, informative, and hard working. I had a lot of questions for John this time and he answered all of them very promptly and was extremely helpful with my design plans. I really appreciated his excellent customer service through the entire process. He went above and beyond making sure I bought the best second hand containers and sent lots of pictures and videos to help decide which ones to buy. This was very helpful as I live an hour away and could not take off work to visit in person. A special shout out to the guys who cut out and framed the windows for me and their excellent welding/paint work. Today their delivery driver Mark dropped off my container and was just as professional in communicating the arrival times as well as placing it exactly where I wanted the container to go. Mark is a great guy and I appreciate his dedication to making the customer happy. I absolutely recommend working with and purchasing containers from KKI! Their customer service is hard to beat! : Cars to Abidjan
I had exported few cars to Abidjan before with other company but it was always very hard to get in touch with someone in that company so I started to look for more options.
K international was a bit more expensive, but their customer service justifies it. I decided to give them a chance because i needed to deliver car to the port next day and they were the only ones that agreed to help me, and i have no regrets to work with them. They always pick up phone, answer emails and constantly communicate with you. Now i work with them in regular basis.
Will 100% recommend. (more)

: Ambulance Shipment to Argentina
K International Transport assisted me with shipping an Ambulance from Jacksonville, FL to Port Zarate, Argentina via RORO Service.
They were great and everything went smoothly. They were always able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. They also have staff that speaks Spanish, which was very helpful in this case.

Shipped an Audi with this company. Once they get your money it's like pulling teeth. They use third party services which are highly suspect to ship your car. Our car was immaculate upon shipping and when we received it it was filthy, had been written on, and so,done stole the license plates and nav dvd. Does this company care? Nope, they got paid and that's all that matters.
Secondly, it took wrangling, arm twisting, and basically yelling at them before getting a manager to actually have the car picked up at shipped. Poor customer service, only cares about making a buck, and passes responsibility to unknown third party affiliates. (more)
