They did not pick car up on scheduled date, raised price to pick car up, insulted me when I challenged their quality of service. I paid in advance, but when car arrived shipper indicated it was COD. Based on confusion I assumed original charge was credited so I paid shipper higher price. Upon follow up I was not credited initial payment and all requests through customer support have been ignored. In addition reviews placed on their web site are not shown.
