Being new to all this, I did a fair amount of research. I am glad I chose Eclipse because Tom was very helpful and always kept me informed of the process. He was a pleasure to do business with and was very honest. The shipping company used was very friendly and top-notch. I also researched them by calling other brokers, and they had good things to say about Eclipse, too. They delivered the vehicle much earlier than they told me. I do not like to endorse or recommend companies/services, but I would highly recommend Tom and Eclipse to EVERYONE. Dealing with Eclipse Auto Transport was a enormous experience. I dealt with Tom Cook who was completely on top of all aspects of the transport. The car was being imported into Ontario, Canada and Tom worked with me and guided me through all the necessary paperwork. Tom suggested a Border Broker to assist in getting the car through the Border and they were outstanding as well. Once the car was picked up had a couple of calls from the driver to inform me what was going on and supply an ETA. Overall everything was managed outstanding! After it was delivered Tom followed up to make sure everything was excellent!  (more)

The car was delivered securely on the day that we specified. Joan was very accommodating in terms of some changes that we have to make in our transaction.
